Stepan Kalynevych (1883 – 1954) – educator, organizer, has been for many years director of the school in the village Humnyska, Busk district (1931 – 1944) and in the village Plavie, Skole district (1945 – 1954).
Stepan Kalynevych and his wife Kalynevych Teofiliya (née Chuchman, 1886 – 1957) they both worked with dedication over the by show of and affirmation of national identity and the general cultural level of the peasants.
